Alf Yngve has been at the forefront of getting the most out of the Shoot’Em Up Destruction Kit (SEUCK) and it looks like he is attempting something different with the engine this year – a side scrolling platform game called Droid Rumble.
Alf is quite excited with his current project, describing it as a game in the vein of Robocop and Rolling Thunder. We have yet to see any part of the game in action but based on the screenshots provided, we can see that this is certainly not your ordinary SEUCK game. We’ll bring you further updates on Droid Rumble as it comes to hand.
Alf does great things with graphics and this looks really good. I’d love to see him team up with a coder to produce a game with a more original style or mechanics.
