One of the most common requested features missing from THEC64 and THEC64 Mini is the ability to add your own games to the carousel without having to mod the unit. Well, thanks to the Megastyle team (Mancave, Exploding Fish, Bruce Lee: Return of Fury) this will soon be possible.
Rotteroy from Megastyle has announced via his Twitter feed: “We have made an app that makes it possible to insert your own games on the carousel user interface on Thec64mini without any modding.”
Responding to follow up questions to his tweet, Rotteroy confirmed that the software to allow adding games to the carousel will be made available as soon as they have written a good FAQ and made a GUI that is easy to use by everybody. He also confirmed that the app will also allow games to be added to THEC64.
